Our mission:
Make listening easier in care homes, so residents can stay engaged, connected, and confident in everyday life.
Our background
Hear4All is delivered by professionals with experience in:
-
Academic research in hearing and listening
-
Clinical hearing care for older adults
-
Supporting residents with dementia and complex needs
-
Working directly within care-home environments
This combination allows us to turn research and clinical knowledge into practical, calm solutions that genuinely work in real care homes.
Why we do what we do
In care homes, we often see residents who want to join in — but gradually withdraw because listening becomes tiring or frustrating.
We created Hear4All to remove those listening barriers, so activities feel inclusive rather than exhausting, and residents feel comfortable taking part again.
Our approach
We believe effective support should be:
-
Evidence-informed, not experimental
-
Clinically sensible, not over-technical
-
Simple and respectful, not intrusive
-
Designed for real care homes, not ideal conditions
This principle underpins everything we deliver, including Hear4All Together, our listening and engagement system.
Our commitment
Hear4All is committed to clear communication, thoughtful design, and solutions that genuinely support residents, staff, and families.
When listening becomes easier, connection follows.
